We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for your return (optional but helpful).
Once we receive your request, we will provide a Return Authorization and detailed return instructions.
Note: Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
- Change of Mind (Customer Remorse): For non-defective returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
4. Accepted Product Conditions for Returns
We can only accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

- The item has not been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, or style):

Exchanges are available for:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges caused by our error.
- Customer preference: You will be responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping cost for the new item.
